I dont know about the report. My color ink was low. I had been told by some else to replace my ink. I did that beforeI did this
procedure. I also unplugged my printer for 10 minutes before I started all this. That did not fix it so next I replaced the ink and
followed those steps. The instructions I posted was from someone else regarding Canon Pixma MX340 printer. How to clear
Error 5200. I found it by googling Error 5200 and it took me to this website. But I cannot find it again. Hope it works for you
I was about to go a new printer. I have ruined one by letting the ink get too low. I did not try to find a solution that time.
